Help stop ISIS, love a Muslim today. Yep, that’s right. The only thing we have to fear right now is fear itself. To give in to rage & fear is exactly what ISIS wants—and that’s why it’s our responsibility to swallow our more vengeful emotions, no matter how hard that may be.
ISIS (& the devil inside them) needs us to mount a war of hate against Muslims. They allow their own women and children to be senselessly slaughtered to rile our justified hate. To sustain its ideology and, in turn, its allure to disaffected young Muslims around the world, the Islamic State needs to exist in a constant state of war against the “crusaders of the West.”
But the only true way to ensure the demise of Islamic terror is to eliminate the xenophobia (fear of people of another country), the disenfranchisement, and the discrimination that feeds ISIS’s narrative of a “religion under attack by Western imperialist overlords.”
This simplified solution needs to begin in the Presence of the God Who IS Love. We need to be in the Presence of God (Love) until the hate is pulled from our soul and our hearts begin to burn with the right kind of passion.
May our vision become clear enough to see who our real Enemy is here.
We will silence our own inner rage, defeat hate, and win this war, by Love.
